There are several obvious indulgences that will lead to addiction but one subtle messenger of Satan that has subconsciously baptized young people with addiction is “Worldly Music”. Music inspires worship and it does it to the source where it originates from.

A man that is willing to be free from masturbation (and other addictions) must be intentional to deny himself of any pleasure derives from worldly music and soak himself with Christian songs that inspires worship to Jesus (not songs that suggests you move your leg in certain ways even when Jesus is mentioned).

In addition to consistently engaging in prayer and the word of God, one must create an atmosphere of Jesus around himself.

It must be done intentionally, it takes time and it works.
